Man Asks Girls To Join Him In Dunkin' Donuts Bathroom, Chases After Them, New Canaan Police Say

Police are asking the public's help in their search for a man accused of asking two girls to join him the bathroom of an area Dunkin' Donuts before allegedly chasing after them when they fled.

The incident occurred around 7:15 pm. on Thursday, March 21 at the store on 98 Elm Steet when the man, believed to be in his early to mid 20s, approached the two.

After declining the offer, the girls fled on foot with the man following behind them, police said. The girls were able to get away from the man and then contacted their parents who subsequently called New Canaan Police.

Anyone who was in the area of Dunkin' Donuts at the time and recognizes the pictured suspect is asked to contact New Canaan Police Department at 203-594-3500.
